چکیده
Objective: To compare Transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) expression in various L-PRF concentrations on the hDPSC differentiation process. Material and Methods: cell cultures were subjected to serum starvation by reducing FBS levels culture media. Lysate PRF was obtained from gel, which then incubated at 4°C for 24 h. The supernatant dried, transferred a 2-ml Eppendorf tube, stored −20°C. evaluation of TGF-β1 1%, 5%, 10%, 25% samples 10% (control) during process quantified using an ELISA reader day 7. one-way ANOVA test, followed Bonferroni’s post hoc test with significant values (p<0.05). Results: Significant differences noted between control group (10% FBS). highest occurred (0.645 ± 0.048), (0.461 0.035), (0.374 0.013), 5% (0.275 0.045), lowest 1% (0.160 0.045). Conclusion: best result TGF-B1 group.

Comparison of the efficacy of Piascledine and transforming growth factor β1 on chondrogenic differentiation of human adipose-derived stem cells in fibrin and fibrin-alginate scaffolds
Objective(s):The aim of this study was to compare the chondrogenic induction potential of Piascledine and TGF-β1 on adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) in fibrin and fibrin-alginate scaffolds. Materials and Methods: Human subcutaneous adipose tissues were harvested from three patients who were scheduled to undergo liposuction. Isolated ADSCs were proliferated in a culture medium. Then, the cell...
متن کاملThe Effect of Human Platelet-Rich Plasma on Adipose-Derived Stem Cell Proliferation and Osteogenic Differentiation
Background: The cultured mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) have been used in many clinical trials however, there are still some concerns about the cultural conditions. One concern is related to the use of FBS as a widely used xenogeneic supplement in the culture system. Human platelet-rich plasma (hPRP) is a candidate replacement for FBS. In this study, the effect of hPRP on MSC proliferation and os...
متن کاملEfficacy of Human Platelet Rich Fibrin Exudate vs Fetal Bovine Serum on Proliferation and Differentiation of Dental Pulp Stem Cells
Background and Objectives The imperative role of dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) in regenerative therapy demands an in-vitro expansion which must deal with the safety and ethical problems associated with fetal bovine serum (FBS). The primary aim of this study was to compare the effects of human platelet rich fibrin (hPRF) exudate Vs FBS on proliferation and osteodifferentiation of human dental p...

Background: The purpose of this study was to create biomaterial scaffolds like platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) containing stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF1) as a chemokine to induce hyaline cartilage regeneration of rabbit knee in a full thickness defect. Methods: We created a full thickness defect in the trochlear groove of thirty-six bilateral knees of eighteen matu...
